Six commercial pages published, thirteen snippets rewritten
New pages: outsourced Google Workspace admin support (UK), Workspace for academy trusts and MATs, nonprofit eligibility and discounts, failed migration recovery, mailbox and storage limits by plan, and US migration services. Rewrote titles and descriptions on the ten pages sitting just off page one in Search Console, rebuilt the limits reference with per-limit sections and jump links, and shortened thirteen over-length descriptions.

Added platform-agnostic email migration pages (Gmail to Office 365, GoDaddy to Microsoft 365, IMAP to Exchange Online, Exchange to Google Workspace, tenant-to-tenant) and a Leaving Google section covering Workspace to Microsoft 365, Gmail to Outlook, Drive to OneDrive and exit planning.

A new tool that names the correct vendor migration tool for a given source and destination, estimates the pre-sync window and returns the fixed price for the mailbox count entered.

Price tracker gets citation and embed blocks
The Workspace price tracker now publishes a copy-and-paste citation, an HTML source link and an embeddable price table so publications can reuse the figures with attribution.

The Google Workspace licence cost calculator now lives at /tools/licence-calculator with a how-it-works explanation of the pricing inputs. The tools index remains an index of every calculator on the site.

January 2025 Gemini bundle increase logged
Recorded the roughly $2 per user per month list-price rise that came with Gemini and NotebookLM being folded into Business and Enterprise editions, taking Business Standard to $14 and Business Plus to $22 on the annual plan.

Re-checked the 500,000-item shared drive cap, 100-level nesting depth, 2,000 external recipients per day sending limit and the 300-user ceiling on Business editions against Google's published help articles.

Added a planner that generates p=none through p=reject TXT records with a rollout schedule, and an ordered leaver checklist that revokes tokens before transferring ownership.

Error-message and how-to libraries opened
Published the first admin console error-string pages and step-by-step procedures, each with the exact console path and the condition that causes the message.
Reference data is only useful if you know how old it is. Google changes list prices and quota values without notice and rarely dates the change on its own pages, so we record the date we verified each figure and what moved. Where a number changed, the entry says what caused it rather than only that it changed.
