Tools
Free Google Workspace admin tools
Eight calculators built for the decisions Workspace administrators actually have to make: which migration tool applies, what licences cost, how long a move takes, how exposed the tenant is, how to roll out and read DMARC without breaking mail, what an outage costs, and how to offboard a leaver in the right order. Each runs in your browser with nothing stored and no email required.

- Google Workspace licence cost calculator
Seat count and edition in, monthly and annual cost in GBP and USD out, with the annual-plan saving and what migration and support would add.
- Migration method picker
Six questions about your platforms, seats, data and deadline, and out comes the correct migration tool, the pre-sync window and an indicative fixed price.
- Migration time estimator
Transfer hours and elapsed project duration from mailbox count, data volume and source platform, so you can plan a cutover weekend honestly.
- Workspace security scorecard
Score your tenant against the eight admin controls we audit against, weighted, with your highest-risk gap named.
- DMARC record and rollout planner
Generates the TXT records for p=none through p=reject plus a staged rollout schedule that will not break your outbound mail.
- DMARC report analyser
Paste an aggregate XML report and see which senders pass, which fail, and whether it is safe to tighten your policy.
- Downtime cost calculator
What an hour, a day or a week of mail and file outage costs your business, from headcount, loaded salary and revenue.
- Offboarding checklist generator
An ordered leaver checklist that revokes tokens before transferring ownership, with a timing against each step.
The tools share one rule: they answer with a number and name their assumptions, rather than collecting your details and promising a follow-up. Where a figure depends on Google's published pricing or quota values, the underlying number is recorded on our dated price tracker and limits reference, and any change to them is logged on the changelog.
What this doesn't cover
- Outputs are indicative planning figures, not quotes, and exclude VAT or sales tax.
- None of the tools connect to your tenant, so they cannot read your live seat counts or settings.
- Volume discounts, reseller pricing and bespoke contracts are not modelled.
Questions we get asked
- Are these Google Workspace tools free?
- Yes. All eight run entirely in your browser with no sign-up, no email gate and no data sent to us.
- Which tool should I start with?
- Start with the licence cost calculator if a renewal or price increase is the trigger, the migration estimator if you are planning a move, and the security scorecard if an audit or client questionnaire is the trigger.
