Google Workspace services pricing
Migration is £95 or $125 per mailbox as a fixed price. A security audit for up to 250 users is £2,400 or $3,100 across five working days. Managed administration runs £6 to £14 per user per month with a £450 monthly floor. Licences are passed through at Google list price.

Prices are quoted in the currency of your billing address and held for 30 days from proposal. If discovery changes the scope, we tell you before starting rather than issuing a variation afterwards. The most common scope change is archive volume: mailboxes over 50GB take materially longer and are priced as an add-on.
What this doesn't cover
- Google licence costs are not included in any figure above; they are billed by Google or your existing reseller.
- Third-party tooling licences used during migration are included, but bespoke integration development is not.
- Out-of-hours emergency work outside a Priority retainer is charged at 1.5x the hourly rate.
- We do not offer success-fee or contingency pricing.
