Book a Google Workspace audit or migration call
Send four pieces of information — seat count, current platform, what you need and your deadline — and you get a fixed price plus an available cutover or audit date, usually within one working day. The first call is with the engineer who would run the work.
| Response time | One working day, UK and US hours |
|---|---|
| First call | 30 minutes, with an engineer, no SDR |
| Audit access needed | Read-only Workspace admin plus DNS visibility |
| Audit turnaround | Five working days up to 250 users |
| Migration lead time | Typically two weeks to first available cutover |
| Commitment at this stage | None; the fixed price comes first |
If you already know the shape of the job, put the numbers in the notes field and we will skip straight to a written price. If you are still deciding between platforms, say so — we will tell you honestly when Workspace is the wrong answer, which is usually when a core line-of-business application only supports Microsoft identity.
What this doesn't cover
- We do not run free proof-of-concept migrations; discovery is part of the paid engagement.
- We cannot audit a tenant we have no admin visibility into, even read-only.
- Enquiries under 10 seats are usually better served by Google support directly, and we will say so.
Questions we get asked
- What access do you need for an audit?
- A read-only Workspace admin role and, for mail authentication checks, sight of your DNS records. No end-user mailbox access is required.
- What do we receive at the end?
- A ranked findings list with an owner and a fix date against each item, a remediation quote, and the raw evidence exports behind every finding.
