How this calculator works
The calculator multiplies your seat count by Google's published list price for the edition you pick, on both billing plans, then shows the difference between them. The annual plan is roughly 20 percent cheaper per seat but fixes the commitment for twelve months and cannot be reduced mid-term, so the saving is only real when headcount is stable or growing.
Migration and managed support figures are our own fixed prices for an estate of that size, added so you can see total first-year cost rather than licence cost alone. Everything runs in your browser: there is no form, no email gate and nothing is stored.
What this doesn't cover
- Figures are indicative list pricing, not a quote, and exclude VAT or sales tax.
- Google changes list prices periodically; the last-checked date above is when we verified them.
- Enterprise editions are frequently discounted at volume, so the calculator over-states large estates.
- Education, Nonprofit and Frontline editions are priced separately and are not covered.
Questions we get asked
- How much does Google Workspace cost per user?
- Business Standard is £13.20 per user per month on the flexible plan and £11.50 on the annual plan. Business Plus is £20.70 and £17.25 respectively.
- Is the annual plan always cheaper?
- Per seat, yes, by roughly 20 percent. It is only cheaper overall if your headcount is stable, because annual commitments cannot be reduced mid-term.
- Does the calculator send my numbers anywhere?
- No. Every figure is calculated in your browser. There is no form, no email gate and nothing is transmitted or stored.
